Sketch of the Day: Pet Toy Box #woodworking

Sometimes the dog toys get a little spread out and they need to be organized, hence this pet toy box concept. It would have casters underneath and I would probably add rope handles on the ends.

Sketch of the Day: Pet Steps #woodworking

Older pets need a boost to get up on furniture or beds (if they’re allowed). This concept has three small steps covered in strips of carpet. Handholds are positioned two different locations for ease of use. In the back are two drawers for additional storage (you can see them in the video below).

Sketch of the Day: Dog Bed

Here’s the third Viewer’s Choice Sketch of the Day – a rather ostentatious dog bed. There are only so many ways you can design a dog bed, so I added quite a few details to this one, trying to give it an Art Deco look. It’s sized for a 36″ x 36″ square cushion/pillow.
