Plan of the Week: Patio Side Table #woodworking

The Chief’s Shop Patio Side Table is a companion project to the Patio Chair project. Set it next to the chair as a handy spot to place drinks and food. It can also be used as a standalone table or plant stand.

My usual tool suspects are needed to complete it – table saw or circular saw, miter saw, jig saw, drill driver, and Kreg Jig HD or a regular Kreg Jig. It’s made from 5/4×6 deck boards, a 2x8s, and 4x4s.

Plan of the Week: Garden Side Table

The Chief’s Shop Garden Side Table can be used as table between chairs in the garden/yard, or on a deck or patio. It could even work as a side table for a grill. A miter saw, jig saw, drill/driver, Kreg Jig, a few 2x4s are all you need to build it.

I label this a side table, but it could also serve as a seat. It’s similar to my rustic design, but with a few slightly more complicated components.
