Sketch of the Day: Outdoor Chairs with Table

This concept is in response to a Facebook request. I simply took two of the outdoor niche chairs from yesterday and joined them with a table in between.

Sketch of the Day: Family Patio Dining Table

For this family patio dining table concept, I borrowed the leg design from my recent firepit bench project, and a couple of features from my family outdoor table project. This design may become my new outdoor dining table, as I keep getting hints from the wife that I’d better hurry up and build one (like I promised a while back).

Plan of the Week: Garden Side Table

The Chief’s Shop Garden Side Table can be used as table between chairs in the garden/yard, or on a deck or patio. It could even work as a side table for a grill. A miter saw, jig saw, drill/driver, Kreg Jig, a few 2x4s are all you need to build it.

Plan of the Week: Florida Chair Footrest

The  Chief’s Shop Florida Chair Footrest is a companion piece to last week’s Florida Chair. It gives you a little place to prop up your feet, or it can serve as a stool.

You’ll need a miter saw, jig saw, and a Kreg Jig to complete this project.

Plan of the Week: Florida Chair

The  Chief’s Shop Florida Chair was inspired by a couple of different outdoor chairs I saw while on vacation at the beach last summer. It combines some elements of an Adirondack chair with the two designs that caught my eye.

You’ll need a miter saw, jig saw, and a Kreg Jig to complete this project.

Sketch of the Day: Outdoor Seating with Pergola Top

There’s room for at least one person to sit on each side of this project concept. Someone could even sit cross-legged in the center. I could see this on a colleg campus or some other public setting.
