The Chief’s Shop Simple 2×4 Desk makes a good starter desk project and is perfect for back-to-school time. Assembly requires a Kreg Pocket Hole Jig.

Lumber required includes one 2x4s, 1x2s and 3/4-inch plywood. Overall dimensions: 49-1/2 inches wide x 25-1/2 inches deep x 30 inches high

You’ll need a miter saw, drill driver and Kreg Jig to build it.

The Chief’s Shop Angled Trellis is perfect for cucumbers and other climbing fruit and vegetable plants. By not being imbedded into the ground, it could be moved season to season Assembly requires a Kreg Pocket Hole Jig.

Lumber required includes 10 2x4s. Overall dimensions: 39 inches wide x 59 1/4 inches deep x 61 3/4 inches high

You’ll need a table saw, miter saw, drill driver and Kreg Jig to build it.

The Chief’s Shop Decorative Raised Planter can be used as a vegetable or flower planter. The decorative diamond shapes are optional, but do add a nice touch. Assembly requires a Kreg Pocket Hole Jig.

Lumber required includes one 2×2, one 4×4, and several 2x6s. You’ll need roughly 11 cubic feet of soil to fill it. Overall dimensions: 52 inches wide x 52 inches deep x 12 1/2 inches high

You’ll need a miter saw, drill driver, and Kreg Jig to build it.

This bench concept is designed with all 2x material. The angle where the long rails and legs meet is set at 45 degrees.
