Sketch of the Day: Bath Accent Table

I picture this bath accent table concept placed near a tub or in a small space beside a toilet. The cubbies could be used to store a variety of items, and a hand hold opening in the top would make it easy to move around.

Plan of the Week: Bath Shelves #woodworking

The Chief’s Shop Bath Shelves add some storage to small and large bathrooms alike. Of course, it can also work in any room as additional storage, such as a kitchen or home office. The ends of the top and shelves are slightly rounded, and the bottom of the legs feature a 45-degree miter. Overall dimensions: 25 inches wide x 13 inches deep x 45 3/4 inches high.

You’ll need a table saw, miter saw, jigsaw, drill driver, and Kreg Jig to build it.

Sketch of the Day: Bath Cabinet

A third piece in this recent bath storage series. This cabinet concept simply features open shelving for storing large items, particularly towels. It’s the same height as the bath storage tower concept.

Sketch of the Day: Bath Bench

This bath bench concept is a companion piece to the bath storage tower from yesterday and includes some the same design features. That top has room for a cushion, and there’s ample storage in the three cubbies underneath – perfect for towels.

Sketch of the Day: Bath Storage Tower

Here’s a little break for the outdoor concepts. This bath storage tower would offer a good bit of storage in a relatively small footprint. There are raised panels on the sides and back – the drawer fronts have the same angle of bevel as the panels.
