Sketch of the Day Bench Week: Field Bench #woodworking

For this week, June 23-27, all of my Sketch of the Day concept posts will be benches. Each one will show a similar part shape and angle. At the end of the week, I’ll select the most popular and/or requested Sketch of the Day and create a plan for it.

Today’s concept is a field bench. This one is narrow, but would be very sturdy. Make note of the leg design, as you will see a variation of it throughout the week.

Be sure to like Chief’s Shop on Facebook! Prizes are awarded at various levels of “likes”. Free woodworking plans available here and more Sketch of the Day images available here.
