Plan of the Week: Trunk Tote #woodworking #KregJig

The Chief’s Shop Trunk Tote can be used where its name implies or simply for organization in any part of the home. Using it in a trunk, or back of a van or SUV, you could place groceries or other shopping items. Lumber required includes a a couple of hardwood 2x2s, a 1×4, 1×6, and a 1-inch round dowel. Using clear pine and poplar, you could make one for about $30, even less if you use all pine. Overall dimensions: 19 inches wide x 12 inches deep x 14  inches high.

You’ll need a table saw, miter saw, drill driver, and Kreg Jig to build it.
