Plan of the Week: Raised Bookcase #woodworking
The Chief’s Shop Raised Bookcase gets some inspiration from Arts & Crafts/Mission styles. Differing from typical bookcase projects, the bottom shelf of this project has been lifted above floor level. The size of this project also lends itself to be used as sofa table.
You’ll need a table saw or circular saw, miter saw, jig saw, drill driver, and Kreg Jig.

Sketch of the Day: Library Stand #woodworking
This library stand concept is a tweak to the recent bookcase concept. It’s not nearly as wide and I’ve added a door to the bottom.
