The Chief’s Shop Farmhouse Dining Chair was the second most popular Sketch of the Day during Viewers’ Choice week in December, so it’s a project that YOU selected. I decided to go with three versions of the chair to try to make it accessible to the beginner and intermediate skill level.
You’ll need a table saw or circular saw with a guide like the Kreg Rip-Cut, miter saw, jigsaw, (possibly a router) and of course, a Kreg Jig to complete the beginner version. The intermediate version calls for a band saw in addition to the other tools listed.

Thanks for the farmhouse chair plans. I plan to make a sample to see how it goes. But check page 16. The parts box has 1 1/2 x 5 1/2 stock on all parts. Newbies might be confused. Keep up the great work!
