Plan of the Week: Mobile Clamp Stand

The  Chief’s Shop Clamp Stand adds a great deal of organization to small shops. Large, small, locking – a wide variety of clamps can be stored in and on it. Casters on the bottom make it perfect for keeping clamps close at hand.

My usual tool suspects are needed to complete it – table saw or circular saw, miter saw, jig saw, drill driver, and Kreg Jig.

  1. […] And, with all these clamps around, you’ll have an excuse for building another project – a clamp storage rack! […]

  2. Very nice. do you have plans for storage cabinet on job site. would like to store micro-wave coffee maker. Store nails and screws. place for blueprints to be viewed and stored. Sorta like a central area that has all the essentials. when we get changes or need to see something we know where it is . would like it mobile as we can roll around the house.

    Thanks Scott

    • No, but that gives me a challenge for a Sketch of the Day and ultimately a Plan of the Week. Let me work on that, and stay tuned for a sketch showing up here.
